Thank you all so much for your donations.

You have exceeded my expectations. I never thought someone from overseas would donate! I was a little worried, it would be my mom and dad… and no one else. Keep passing the word along.

I’m getting very excited about starting my big Walk. March is training month. My plan is to start walking 3-5 miles each day. Any suggestions you have are appreciated.

Also, I was talking to a friend last night and he was worrying about shoes. He kept saying, “You have to take care of your feet! Your project will be put on hold if your feet get damaged.” He suggested inserts, and good shoes of course!

He suggested getting a corporate sponsor, but I want everything to be as local as possible :) I’m planning to ask local shoe stores to donate a pair here and there along the way. I know they always have stock that needs to be unloaded, styles that weren’t popular. For what I’m doing, style is my last concern.

Please let me know your thoughts or suggestions.
